Pioneer Package - Grain Finished

The Pioneer Package is for those who want peace of mind of having the beef you need without frequent ordering. These full blood Akaushi have been pasture raised and grain finished on a family farm in northeast Nebraska. This process gives you the exceptional experience of Akaushi beef finished on grain, with the flavor profile you are used to. You will still enjoy the high marbling content of the Akaushi (with no fillers or injections ever!) that creates the succulent eating experience. 

As with all packages, you decide what steaks, roasts and ground beef you want! We will help you decide what cuts are best for your family so you can enjoy healthy delicious beef all year! We will deliver the animal to the processing facility, you will work directly with their skilled butchers to create 125-150 pounds of fresh frozen cuts of beef. Customize the type of steaks and roasts you want. Big family gatherings? No problem have larger roasts cut, or cut them smaller for the rest of the year when feeding a smaller crew.
