Forage Finished Pre-Order

They said we could not do it, but we did! These full blood Akaushi have been raised and finished in the pasture on our family farm in northeast Nebraska. This process gives you the exceptional experience of Akaushi beef with a deep complex flavor profile and the health benefits of forage based beef without the gamey taste! You will still enjoy the high marbling content of the Akaushi beef (with no fillers or injections ever!) that creates the succulent eating experience. 

As with all packages, you decide what steaks, roasts and ground beef you want! We will help you decide what cuts are best for your family so you can enjoy healthy delicious beef all year! We will deliver the animal to the processing facility, you will work directly with their skilled butchers to create fresh frozen cuts of beef.
